I disagree.

A court order that say “this web site is illegal propaganda” is democratic.

Or are you going to tell me that you agree with a web site with child pornography? If there is a law order to take it down, it should be taken down.

But the REAL problem here is that ISOC published FAKE information without verifying it. Furthermore they didn’t asked for excuses to 45 million citizens for that, once they realized the mistake … well I’m still not sure they realized it.

Do we agree with that?

    Jordi, the whole point of freedom of speech is to enable countries to be democratic.   You can't be a democratic country if there is no freedom of speech.   The two are simply incompatible.
    
    So indeed our choice here is to pick zero or two.   One is not one of the possible choices.
