To this end, ISOC needs to explicitly make privacy, freedom of
expression, and authenticity of information part of its mission.
There are already advocacy organizations working in those areas.
As a comment about wall gardens, the topic was discussed in 2000 by
the IAB. I am not sure whether it would be possible to do anything about that.
