Hi, My message was precisely to make sure that somewhere we have a clear text that avoids ISOC acting with statements against law, and making themselves unlawful and unproven comments that they can’t sustain. NEVER AGAIN ISOC/staff can repeat that problem. ISOC MUST defend freedom of expression in Internet, but not by means of untrue statements against legitimate court orders.
