Dave and I have a very substantial private thread trying to arrive at the nub of his concerns and to reach some understanding of potential resolutions. While we could have conducted this on the list, my most recent email to him (with embedded quoted text, etc.) reached 67 pages on my laptop. I think the list doesn't need that, but looks for us to summarise resolution when we get there. Adrian
