This makes zero sense. Why do they need to reinstall Windows? What's the point in that effort? Have you ever done this? It's extremely time consuming. You turn a 15-30 minute Fedora install into 2 days of flinging poo in a pig pen. If that's what I'd be signing up for in advance I'd say, umm thanks but no thanks.
