As said above, its called "Min User Inactivity" and can be set to 0.

Hmmmm. Can a coffee maker run VDR? :)

Called "Min Event Timeout", and will ask "Recording in xxx minutes, shut 
down anyway?".

Any other existing options you want to know of?
