I have just observed that while my RH8 desktop nic will remain active as
far as the 5-port autoswitch/hub is concerned (led on), it also fails
when activated.
The notebook nic only lights its led on the hub when attempting to
activate.
Does this suggest something may be array in some common settings?
Can someone share what they are using for Network Device Control
settings that I may try, please? It is likely obvious, but for this
absentminded professor the obvious in networking can be very obscure!
