Not helpful at all. You should always find a way to either
cut'n'paste the unmodified file contents into your mail or transfer
the file to your other computer and attach the file.

Well, the rules in /etc/sysconfig/iptables are of no use if th
"iptables" service is not enabled. Enable it with
redhat-config-services or manually:

  chkconfig iptables on
  service iptables start

Only then the network scripts are able to insert DNS-related rules.
[In your case it's "ifup" that fails to find the RH-Lokkit-0-50-INPUT
chain because your firewall rules are not loaded.]
