What you want does not exist. Your options, as I currently understand things, are: 1. Fedora. Free product, free updates. Lifecycle 4-6 months. You may be able to get community support after this, but it's luck of the draw. 2. RHPW. Purchase product. Includes 1 year of updates. Unknown what happens after year 1 (worst case, buy it again; best case, probably a $60 RHN renewal fee). Product package includes license key that you need to get access to updates via RHN. Lifecycle 5+ years. New releases every 12-18 months (remember, this really IS RHEL WS). 3. RHEL. Subscription based. Includes 1 year of updates. Must be renewed every year to get updates. Lifecycle 5+ years. New releases every 12-18 months. In the past, Enterprise updates have also been made available via ftp. Red Hat is under no obligation to do so, and you do not want to bet your business on that continuing. The "update" product that you're referring to *is* RHN. -- Ed Wilts, Mounds View, MN, USA mailto:ewilts@xxxxxxxxxx Member #1, Red Hat Community Ambassador Program -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:redhat-list-request@xxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
