Also, in one of my previous emails I mentioned that anyone even suggesting Debian to a newbie should be taken out and shot... Debian is by no means a newbie friendly distro, have you ever even tried installing it? I admit that yes I did forget Mint, and I also left out Mandriva, but then I also missed out distros like Sabayan, Gentoo, Puppy and DSL. At one point or another people new to Linux have tried these, but I was trying to pick out those that were in the very mainstream of Linux distros that those not in the know were aware of.
