War, I couldn't do it. It would make me so angry I'd be useless. I'll do weddings but only photojournalistically. Anything where I spend most of my time setting up lights really leaves me bored to tears. I don't mind modifying available light, but boy, I don't like to calculate and manipulate light sources, thanks.
Portraits by available light are OK, but not my idea of fun. People doing stuff in costume or in groups I really enjoy, and if it requires that I poke a little extra light into some space, that's OK.
Looking down hasn't been a problem yet. I love being places where I can see the big picture, or the edges of the land so planes, boats, bridges, great!
Getting down on the ground is getting harder and harder - I can't squat, and can't kneel without using my hands to support my weight before transferring it onto my knees, and then my knees really don't like supporting all my weight against the earth. Lying on the ground is fine and I can tolerate a certain amount of using my elbows as a tripod when lying. I need to lose 50 pounds and things would be much better.
As for still life, posed bodies, porn, painting with light, anything that makes people into objects really makes me retch. Yeah, yeah. I know. Just the act of photographing makes me a voyeur, an objectifyer of the subject, but there's a line in there somewhere.
