My only problem is that I can’t stop shooting. I like it so much that when I got out of the hospital, I got in my 4800 pound tripod and took it for a drive so I could shoot from a window mounted tripod. However, the pictures mostly suck.

I've shot a small number of weddings, for strangers as well as for friends, and that doesn't bother me.  Covering an event is the basis of what I do photographically, everything else is playing around.

coal mines where I am up to my ass in cold water

I think I'd have real trouble with that.  I'm maybe a bit claustrophobic AND don't much like thoughts of drowning, that would be a bad combination.

Firefights where invisible things are flying.

Yeah.  Anybody sane would worry about that, really.  No idea if I could do it if it needed doing.
