I think you're not understanding my comment. I wasn't suggesting that there was any thing bogus about the deductions from my checking account. They were for items I purchased. With a credit card it isn't deducted until the due date or a few days earlier.

Please tell us then why Paypal took money from your bank account. We
really want to know. How much and why. This does not compute. When I
registered they deposited money in my account. That was in order to
verify my account. I then got back to them the amounts and was
verified. As a buyer I have never been charged a dime that wasn't an
amount of what I bought. Are you sure your bank didn't charge you?
Banks have a nasty habit of taking money for all kinds of reasons. I
have never heard of this Paypal taking money you say.

You say you didn't read the fine print, well maybe you didn't read the
part that said why or who took the money either...

My point was that you are saying something bad about Paypal but don't
back it up with any real data. As a seller I don't like this, and I'm
sure you can understand why. Please accept my apologies if I question
your comments.
