Are you sure your bank didn't charge you? Banks have a nasty habit of taking money for all kinds of reasons. I have never heard of this Paypal taking money you say. You say you didn't read the fine print, well maybe you didn't read the part that said why or who took the money either... My point was that you are saying something bad about Paypal but don't back it up with any real data. As a seller I don't like this, and I'm sure you can understand why.
