Yes. The tda9887 is an all-purpose chip, that DViCO chose to use, without implementing all of it's features. As DViCO doesn't advertise FM capabilities with their cards, I never bothered to try it. I *really* don't think it's possible, but maybe you'll find something out that I haven't tried.
