I am still trying to figure out what the problem is with the Ubuntu Natty installation. Changing the IRQ to a disused number doesn't seem to help (or isn't enough!). Can't (easily) download another distro to try (slow Internet), so I am wondering what my options are... maybe go to a router with dialout? Joel
