Dear sirs,
I really appreciate your support to US venues, but please keep in mind, there are places eastern from Bermuda and western from Kauai. In addition there is also some land southern from El Paso.

Lets say - Internet is for everyone. And, trust me or not, there are people that have no budget for intercontinental travel and their input is to the community work is valuable too.

Sorry for this social two cents in this engineering list.

I like Minneapolis as well, but then, speaking personally, I like US
IETF venues in general.
