True. Though broadly speaking, if it's expensive to fly somewhere today, it's unlikely to be cheap to fly there in two years. (Admittedly, the real gotcha in Quebec seems to have been that there were so few seats available that the few low-priced fares were quickly exhausted. Everyone could get quotes two years in advance and all see the same cheap fares, even if those fares were only available for say 10 seats per day.)
