Elitist implies that there is some force of exclusion; and here, there
is none. People care to show up to these conversations when and if they
care to show up, and they don't when they don't. Everyone has those
options, 100% of the time. Modulo the impacts of hostile interactions
driving people away, it's as egalitarian as one could possibly imagine.
