We are part way there now, although for the newest generation of adreno gpus (a3xx) there are still a handful of wip/hack patches (for mesa) that aren't quite ready for upstream. And at the moment some XA patches which would break vmwgfx, so we can't really put those in fedora (unless maybe they are only applied for arm builds... but I'd really rather fix that issue properly vs. hack). For the kernel parts, well sadly on the current available devices that freedreno would run on, there is not nearly enough of the basic kernel support upstream to boot fedora. I'm keeping kernel branches at least for the devices that I have (hp touchpad, nexus4, and ifc6410) on github. I'd be pretty happy to get to the point where vanilla fedora userspace + custom kernel works. For upcoming round of devices (snapdragon 800, aka msm8x74), qcom has switched to device-tree, and appears to be pushing support to upstream kernel again, so I am hopeful that the situation improves in the future.
