categorization, but I think "not in need of specific comps group defaults"
is probably true.
Tools outside of anaconda don't have to force @core, which opens
those tools up to far more creative payloads.

That was agreement, right? :)


Yeah, sorry I didn't make that clear. I was agreeing that the focus on @core has to do with Anaconda based installs.
