If you click the label in the licensing field, it pops up a box with some more information. That description also includes a link to Wikipedia that describes the lack of access to the source code, redistribution limitations, etc. of proprietary software.
Screenshot attached.Probably possible to make it better, but maybe that discussion is better done in an issue tracker.
