Couldn't we use the same RPM for the flatpak repositories then?

I don't think we have a mechanism to add third party flatpak repos right
now. We have fedora-workstation-repositories package for shipping rpm
.repo files (and support for it in gnome-software), but nothing
equivalent for flatpak remotes.
