clock on dual boot machines

I am running Redhat 7.2 and Windows98se on my machine.  I have a program =
in windows that sets my computer's clock to the atomic clock.  When I go =
from linux to windows I find that I need to reset my clock.  How do I =
have both os's be happy with the clock setting?
