start x under a nonpriveledged account

I noticed that I canonly run startx while logged in as root.  There are =
some games that my daughter would like to play, but I would like her to =
be logged in as a nonpriviledged account.  I have an existing account =
that I would like to log in with.  How do I modify the account to allow =
it to run x-windows?
