Sorry, maybe I was not clear enough on that (but where is I say FC5?). I
said "avoid that ... wait another 6 or 12 month" -- so I meant FC6 or
FC7 ;-)

No, it is not. But Google says:
 Results 1 - 23 of about 80 for "Fedora Extras" "second class citizen".
