I don't, and I'm grateful for learning of Freeglut (after wasting too
much time with the Mesa version).  It seems odd that Mesa doesn't at
least mention its existence.  I wonder why Xfree86 doesn't include it?

In any case, I've got it now, and it seems to play nicely with
the rest of Mesa/GL that came with X-4.5.0.
