VNC Client Connection error

I’m getting the following error from a user trying to connect from a Windows PC via VNC to a SUSE LINUX Enterprise Server 9 (i586) box.  I

 

I can connect to the same display:13, from my own PC, but this user cannot connect to display: 13.

 

Can anyone please help?  Here is the log file from VNC for this user:
