I sent some notes out ealier about problems with my ATI Radeon 7500. I just wanted to say that everything works now. It was apparantly the card itself that was just broken. I returned it for the exact same card and the second one work perfectly the first time. I am currently typing under X 4.2 at 1600x1200 and the picture is clearer than I thought possible (apparantly the Matrox Mystiques, while being good cards, are not good at 1600x1200 -- because it was much fuzzier with them). Thanks for everyone's help. I now will soon embark on trying dual monitor support out of this Radeon 7500 card. That should be fun :) . Any suggestions one what one should run in the second monitor? I mainly just listen/sort music, code, and do some web browsing on my computer -- you know, normal sort of hacker stuff :) . -Gryn p.s. Sorry if I forgot that I already sent an email to the list saying this; my mind has been a bit cloudy recently.
