It's a bit under-documented, although the targetcli manpage talks about
it a little..

bash# targetcli
/>backstores/fileio create disk1 /foo.img 100M

is the same as

bash# targetcli backstores/fileio create disk1 /foo.img 100M

(Make sure to call 'targetcli saveconfig' at the end of your script.)
