Is there a good example floating around anywhere?

Indeed. But I've seen corruption problems with tgtd that magically go
away simply by substituting the LIO target. I have not been able to
catch tgtd "red handed" switching targets around (which is what the
symptoms tell me is happening -- but of course it's only a guess) on
initiators but I've seen the results, and as I said, simply using the
LIO target instead of tgtd makes the issues go completely away.

Cheers,
