$autosubscribe_all_delay configuration has whole lecture with explanation.

make sure that you have autosubscribe 1.1 or later version and use
$autosubscribe_all_delay configuration instead of other two. Please note
that folder names used in sample are for cyrus and courier. Folder names are
different in uw.
