How are dependencies impacted? When I did the rpm -e, the command reported
several dependancies that would be broken. Is there a way to be certain the new
installation links back up with these dependencies, short of doing another rpm
install, of course. I noticed that apace can be configured using a 'layout'
switch, so using layout redhat is supposed to put everything in the 'official'
places, but I have never used this switch when building my own installation.
