Actually you were told about it previously.

Since there is no official guide it is neccesary reading for newcomers
who need to become familiar with the how this online community works.

Your descriptions of events and the problem you are having failed to be 
clear, or concise, nor did you stay on topic.


If you won't put in the effort to produce a clear, useful description of
what the problem is, why should anyone bother to put in the effort to
help you?

In other emails you have mentioned that you were basically ostracized
from other email lists.  Can you guess what's going to happen to you 
here if you continue in this vein?
