Just to clarify - the list I have up at http://www.ewilts.org/rhpw-rpms 
does *not* include any post-install stuff. It's the output of an up2date
--showall.  mysql is included in RHPW.  It's mysql-server that's not.
The original list I had up was the directory listing taking from the
CDs.  The 2nd incarnation was the showall update.  I've never posted a
listing of my installed rpms which wouldn't do you any good since I
don't install everything anyway.

I noticed that my list does not include eclipse - that's freely
available now (temporary I think) in a separate channel and I wasn't
subscribed to that channel when I generated the list.
