import pjsua error on windows2003

Maybe the problem is with the 1.1 version. I suggest you to try the
latest 1.0 version, because 1.0 has the only correct python API match
for the underlying PJSIP API. (During the 1.1 development process, the
python code didnt changed after the API change of the audio dev handling
in the PJSIP code.)

For further examples you can check this project:
http://sipsimpleclient.com/ They work on a powerfull multi-protocol
communication framework written in python, and using pjsip/python.
