import pjsua error on windows2003

windows event log shows nothing.
The python module is download from this maillist.
My winxp don't have VC++2005 too.
It can work on any other's computer with winxp,but win2003 don't.
This module depends on 9 dlls in c:\windows\system32.
And win2003 also have them with different versions

what can I do now?
