import pjsua error on windows2003

It works fine on winXP,but when I use pjsua python module in windows 2003.It
says:

  File "C:\Python25\Lib\site-packages\pjsua.py", line 59, in <module>
    import _pjsua
ImportError: DLL load failed:

I don't know which dll is missing.
