This will come when open-source is more accepted in the business
community, and it starts with baby steps. Recently we decided to
un-install M$ Office from the desktops and install Open Office instead.
We are still looking for a suitable Exchange compatible e-mail client.
IT departments are starting to win the 'reliable and robust' argument
because of the number of servers that stand the test of time running
*nix distros for one reason or another. It becomes largely a matter of
user acceptance because they have been fed the M$ pabulum for so long.
