Hi Tony,

First you choose the crop tool, then you put in 8 and 10 and 300 for the parameters.

Then you crop the image.

Inserting the precise numbers to which you wish to crop will automatically show you what your possibilities are for cropping. You can use the arrows to move the crop window if you don't like where you began, and when you hit return or enter the resulting file will be 300 dpi instead of 72, which is what the camera gives you.

Then you save the cropped file with another name so you retain your original.
