Sorry Karl, that "Wrong" There is loss ... just not very much at the highest "quality" setting There are rounding errors every single time you open and resave the file. Even then though, with multiple open/edit/save cycles the loss can grow. Aside: Having said that: some images load and save totally losslessly at jpeg setting 1 in PhotoShop (and I don't mean just one plain colour). Bob
