OK guys, Thanks for all your suggestions, they are very helpful (especially Bobbert's). According to my calculations, the total for my 3 images would be around $450 (based on more than 20,000 circulation of brochure and also other factors; Q: will this be expensive than if the license the images from Corbis?) but the people (who also happen to be my superiors here) are probably expecting that I give away the images for free (since my main job is research and not photography), because they have not uttered a word about money. Last time, I overheard them talking something like $50 or so as a budget for images. So, I think, I will have to walk out from this offer to let them know the real cost if they license from other sources (they may end up pirating from some obscure website for free!). thanks for your help though. I must get business license and reseller's permit. I researched and there are some forms that one can download. It seemed pretty simple. My question is: Why people expect things for free? thanks, Achal Achal Pashine, Ph.D. Pediatric Immunology Center for Clinical Sciences Research, Room 2120 269 Campus Drive Stanford, CA 94305-5164 ----- Original Message ----- From: "Emily L.
