So, Finally I've found that my RAM faulty! In summary Linux never boots while windows boots up without even a hiccup! I got a new RAM and it booted fine. But strangely even this RAM got corrupt within a few days of usage ? I have the same problem now as I had before. 'Attempting to kill init' I feel there might be something wrong with my motherboard.
