Using the Internet requires the ability to understand web content. Anybody who cannot solve five plus seven, or use a calculator, or access something like Alexa for solving such things, cannot make use of web pages independently. Therefore must otherwise have the assistance at hand to help understand web content in general, and likewise, get through the math captcha with the assistance already at hand. I'm sorry if some can't understand my point. That is all I will contribute to this messed up discussion.
