The stock Raspbian kernel is missing the algif_hash module.

Without it, crypto.c:aes_cmac_setup fails.

This will also cause the error message "Failed to parse provisioning
database file mesh/prov_db.json"

I had to build a custom kernel with CONFIG_CRYPTO_USER_API_HASH.
