12 kbytes and it's not a DSL modem- it's oooold dialup modem- there was a test for dialup modems there too. I did answer the windows performance question- it connected at 31k a few times not higher, while a V.90 modem in a laptop did 48000 consistently. Also after that I tried the rs56 modem also in windows and first time it connected at 46k then 50. I also mentioned that before.
