I believe it is also possible to retrieve the Webex participant list and incorporate that info.
Apropos of discussions going on on eligibility-discuss and manycouches, Meetecho actually has you log in with your meeting registration info, so you could simply pull the information from Meetecho and get actual registered users who participated. (h/t Andy Malis)
