I suggest considering whether xCLA should be covered in some presentations. Please note that I am not looking at this from a "Note Well" perspective.

Something you think that would make it just a little easier for someone
to join or lower a barrier to entry?

The economic hurdle is an issue which people may be reluctant to ask about. Did you get questions about that during the presentation? It may happen that once a person has joined, a bad experience puts him/her off. At some point in the lifespan of a organization which is based on volunteer work, the "bad experience" increases the barrier to entry.
