Barry proposed that the NomCom be advised to do this, and I proposed that it be done before. My goal is to encourage my nominations because I believe it will be obvious during the nominations phase that fewer incumbents are standing for leadership positions.
I really wish I had thought to name it "gap year" rather than "term limits."
