I certainly agree.   I'd also assert that the boundary between the "Internet Community" and the "Internet Protocol Community" (ecosystem?) is fuzzy.

But I've often heard the argument that we should limit the scope of our work to the full-time connected and/or public Internet, and I disagree with that argument.   I think we need to accept that our work is widely used outside of those environments.
